Join us Under the Mountain for an evening with Birmingham-based artist Bri Tippetts, as she discusses her craft and her latest graphic novel, Rictus.
Bri Tippetts is a Birmingham based artist who is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She has a bachelors degree from UNLV in Fine Arts with a focus on Painting and Drawing. During her education she independently studied under a professor for multiple years learning how to professionally ink comics.
As you can see from its incorporation in her art, Bri Tippetts is very passionate about movies, film history, comics and horror. Her art has been noted as one of Josh Ruben’s favorite horror things of 2021 in Fangoria.
